By using this website or Memory Lane, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Memory Lane
Memory Lane lets you connect a Google account, select Google Photos albums, and display authorized photos and videos on a Roku. You are responsible for the account and media you choose to connect and for complying with the rights of other people shown in that media.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
4. Third-party services
Memory Lane depends on services operated by Google and Roku. Their terms and availability also apply. QapHub does not control those services and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or account actions made by those providers.
5. Ownership
QapHub owns the application, website, branding, and original materials it provides. You retain your rights in your photos and videos. Connecting Google Photos does not transfer ownership of your media to QapHub.
6. Availability and warranties
The website and application are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of any feature. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QapHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or application. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so this section applies only as allowed by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. The effective date will change when revised terms are posted. You may stop using Memory Lane at any time and disconnect access as described in the privacy policy.
