1. Acceptance
By using Flight Lane, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Flight Lane
Flight Lane displays available information about aircraft near a location you choose, including estimated position, projected path, altitude, speed, identity, route, and schedule details. Features and available fields vary by aircraft and data provider.
3. Informational use only
Aircraft positions, projected paths, routes, times, and other details may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or inaccurate. Flight Lane is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not use it for navigation, aviation operations, emergency response, safety decisions, aircraft separation, tracking a particular person, or any other purpose where errors could cause harm.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the application, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or redistribute provider data, interfere with its operation, identify or harass aircraft occupants, or use it in a way that violates law, provider terms, or another person’s rights.
5. Third-party services
Flight Lane depends on Roku, Cloudflare, Google Maps Platform, Airplanes.live, FlightAware, and Planespotters.net. Their terms, licenses, coverage, and availability also apply. QapHub does not control those services and is not responsible for their changes, interruptions, omissions, or account actions.
6. Beta features and availability
During beta testing, access may be limited, expire, or be revoked. Features may change without notice. QapHub may impose request limits or temporarily disable provider-dependent features to protect the service or comply with provider requirements.
7. Ownership
QapHub owns Flight Lane’s application code, website, branding, and original interface materials. Aircraft, airline, map, photograph, and provider names, marks, imagery, and data remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable licenses.
8. Availability and warranties
The application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete aircraft coverage, accurate data, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of any feature. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QapHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on Flight Lane, including unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate aircraft information. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so this section applies only as allowed by law.
10. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Flight Lane or revise these terms. The effective date will change when revised terms are posted. You may stop using Flight Lane at any time by uninstalling it. Information practices are described in the privacy policy.
