Quick fixes
- Confirm your Roku is connected to the internet, then close and reopen Memory Lane.
- Complete the Google authorization flow using the account that contains the albums you want to display.
- Make sure you finish Google’s album-selection step; Memory Lane can only show albums you explicitly select.
- If the connection has expired, open Memory Lane’s settings with the Roku * button, disconnect, and connect again.
- If media will not load, restart the Roku from Settings → System → Power → System restart.
